2021漫月美行動不僅僅是一個展覽，而是以整個鹽水小鎮作為月之美術館的無圍牆生態場域概念，持續創造機會讓藝術團隊、地方居民、一般民眾參與藝術共創、教育推廣以及空間活化，使地方改造產生發酵作用，為鹽水小鎮帶來更多元的面貌，2021漫月美行動在鹽水小鎮所呈現的美麗身影，因為有大家共同投入與參與，而更加深刻動人。

2021漫月美行動 was more than an exhibition. Guided by 月之美術館's vision of a museum without walls, it turned the entire town of Yanshui into a living, open-air gallery — creating ongoing opportunities for artists, residents, and visitors to co-create, learn, and bring new life to local spaces. As that momentum took hold, the town began to show richer, more varied sides of itself. What made the event so moving in the end was its people: a community that showed up, took part, and shaped it together.
