女主角欣緣罹患口腔癌，術後在臉上留下疤痕與不自然歪斜，口齒清晰度以及外貌的改變，讓她始終無法打開心房面對一切的關心。
在鄭醫生的引薦之下，欣緣與工研院研究員筱蘭相遇，同一天生日的兩人，在鄭醫生與筱蘭的邀請，欣緣參與了3D列印口顎彌補物臨床試驗計畫，期待著生日願望可以實現….
After surgery for oral cancer, 欣緣 is left with facial scarring and an uneven, altered appearance, along with changes to her speech. The shift in how she looks and sounds keeps her from opening up to the concern of those around her. Through an introduction by Dr. 鄭, 欣緣 meets 筱蘭, a researcher at ITRI—and discovers they share the same birthday. At Dr. 鄭 and 筱蘭's invitation, she joins a clinical trial for a 3D-printed oral-maxillofacial prosthesis, holding onto the hope that a birthday wish might just come true.
