In this interview, Professor Kuo Chung-Wei of Feng Chia University shares what it takes to make the program work in practice — from TAs supporting students in class and tutoring after hours to how TAs are selected and trained. His experience is meant to help teachers and students alike make real progress on the path to learning programming.
